Everything on this page works on NeoForge, Minecraft 1.21.1, with 
Fruits Delight 1.2.14, and on Forge, Minecraft 1.20.1, with 1.1.3. The mod has no Fabric build and no build for a newer Minecraft version.

Jam, cookies, pies and other dry foods restore none. Every value can be changed in the config.
Water in its recipes
- Juice made from a water bottle, and the lemonade and fruit cauldrons made from a full cauldron of water, take fresh water of any grade. The juice is safe whatever went into it, as tea is.
- A bottle of sea water makes no juice, and a cauldron of sea water takes no lemon slice or jam. Juice or jello from it would come out safe, which would make the sea drinkable.
