A flower tea restores what Kaleidoscope Cookery's teas do. Like every tea, they are brewed in the Teapot, so a cup is safe whatever water went in, and the Teapot brews none of them from sea water. The cakes are solid food and restore no thirst. Every value can be changed in the config.
